Capital provided AMP with mezzanine capital that was used to finance a management buyout led by the original founder and CEO. The transition to an independent agency provides AMP Agency with increased flexibility to service its growing roster of clients, including prominent companies and organizations such as Maybelline New York, U.S. Cellular, Princess Cruises, and Ansell Healthcare Products, LLC.
